Track & Trace (public)

Once your shipping data is sent to our site, anyone with a web browser can Track & Trace their orders.The Track & Trace public mode gives the general Tracking Summary with Status and Delivery Information only.

 

Track & Trace (secured)

The ETA TracePro® System is designed to allow your customers to follow their shipment from beginning to the end of its journey through a secure login from your company website. The Track & Trace Secured mode contains information about Pickups and Deliveries. A separate screen displays the shipment detail, including pieces, weight, from and to locations, status, POD, etc. Your customers are also able to retrieve any images (POD, BOL, etc.) from the secured site.

Image Retrieval

Signed Proof of Delivery (POD) images can be uploaded to TracePro (automatically for ETA customers) . Your customers can then view and download images from the internet. Optionally, TracePro can send the images automatically via E-Mail as a part of Delivery Notification.
